CE OneSource sites and our service partners use your information to operate the sites and deliver services. Property and Resident Data 

Data specific to the property or residents managed within the platform, which may include resident contact information, unit details, and amenity usage history. This information allows us to deliver relevant features and streamline property management tasks.

Records of communication between you and other users through CE OneSource (e.g., messages related to maintenance requests, amenity bookings). This information ensures efficient communication and record-keeping. 

Analytics and Performance Data 

Data collected on how you interact with various features, such as navigation paths, clicks, and time spent on pages. This allows us to analyze feature popularity and make informed decisions about improvements. 

Security and Access Logs 

Logs that record access events (e.g., login attempts, password changes, access to sensitive areas). These logs help us maintain account security and detect potential unauthorized access. 

Automated Decision-Making 

If applicable, a statement that clarifies any automated decision-making processes in the platform, such as those used to optimize user experience or detect potential security issues. 

Use of Internet Protocol (“IP”) Addresses 

An IP address is a unique number that is automatically assigned to your computer whenever you’re online so that your computer can be identified by main computers, known as “Web servers,” that “serve up” Web pages. 

CE OneSource collects IP addresses for system administration, to report aggregated information, and to audit site usage. When Customers request pages from CE OneSource’s sites, our servers log their IP addresses. Typically, IP addresses are not linked to anything personally identifiable, which means that while your session may be logged, you remain anonymous. We may use IP addresses to identify a Customer when necessary to enforce compliance with our terms or to protect our services, site, customers, or others. 

Use of Cookies

Cookies make Web browsing easier by saving your preferences, so we can use this information to facilitate your use of our Web site when you return.
