Trial Terms & Billing Policy
This page outlines the terms and billing policies associated with CE OneSource free trials, including both the Warranty Platform Trial and Full Platform Tier Trials (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum).
Universal Trial Terms
All trials are 10 days in duration
A valid credit card is required to begin the trial
No charges are made during the trial period
Billing begins automatically on Day 11 unless cancelled
Users can upgrade or downgrade tiers at any time before billing starts
Full access to platform features, support, and onboarding is included during trial
Warranty Platform Trial Billing
If you choose to trial the CE OneSource Warranty platform only, the following billing terms apply:
10 DAYS FREE
On Day 11, you will be charged a $100/month platform fee.
+ 30 DAYS
30 days after that, another $100 will be billed, PLUS a usage-based fee for Active Warranty Areas.
Active Warranty Area Definition Checklist
Active Warranty Areas are defined as any unit, home, or common space that meets ALL of the following:
- 1. The area is configured under Assets – Areas.
- 2. An individual or role is assigned via the Contacts module.
- 3. A warranty start date is entered in the Area card.
All valid Active Warranty Areas at that billing moment are counted and prorated accordingly.
Full Platform Tier Trial Billing
Users may select Bronze, Silver, Gold, or Platinum for their trial
Billing begins on Day 11 for the selected tier based on your reported key count
You may switch tiers anytime during the trial via your dashboard
(Any fee changes due to tier upgrades/downgrades will be prorated and charged immediately)
Each tier includes full platform functionality and support
Cancellation & Data Retention

You may cancel your trial anytime before Day 11 via the platform or by contacting support. If cancelled before billing, no charges are incurred.

All data from your trial is retained for 15 days post-cancellation. (Internally, CE OneSource may retain data longer for backup, legal, or infrastructure reasons.) Re-subscribing within that window restores your setup and input.
Payment & Invoicing

CE OneSource uses Stripe for secure billing. Payment methods may be updated at any time through the Stripe Admin Dashboard.

Billing is processed automatically to your card on file. Invoices and receipts are emailed to the account administrator monthly.

For Warranty customers, Active Warranty Area charges appear as separate line items on your invoice.
